The council is pushing hard for higher recycling rates and preparing for the mandatory food waste rollout scheduled for 2026. While we agree with recycling, we know the reality: keeping general waste (especially nappies and food packaging) in a grey-lidded bin for two weeks is a recipe for smells and maggots.
The council is introducing weekly food waste collections (phased rollout by March 2026). Until then, your food waste sits in your general waste bin. Even when the caddies arrive, many residents find the 23-litre kerbside caddy too small for family life.
Yes. We are a supplementary service, not a replacement. You should still put your recycling in your blue-lidded bin and general waste in your grey-lidded bin for the council. We simply step in on the 'off' weeks so you never have to hoard rubbish.
100%. We are a fully licensed upper-tier licensed collectors. Your waste is handled professionally and disposed of at authorised Waste Transfer Stations, not fly-tipped in a layby near Highdown.
If you live in BN12, yes. We cover the entire area, from the seafront properties near the Goring Gap and Sea Lane Café right up to the estates off Ilex Way and around Goring Hall. We also serve nearby Ferring and Durrington.
General household waste—the same stuff you'd put in your council grey bin. Black bags, nappies, food packaging, and non-recyclable plastics. We cannot take hazardous materials, rubble, or hot ash.
No. Most customers just leave their bagged waste in a safe spot or use their existing council bin (we bag it up and take it). If you want a dedicated bin for our collections, we can arrange that, but it's not required.
It doesn't just go to landfill. We use commercial disposal sites that prioritise Waste-to-Energy (WtE) processes. This means your rubbish is often converted into electricity rather than just rotting in the ground.
Our most popular Family Plan (2 collections a month) is £29/month. That works out to roughly £3.35 per week to solve your rubbish problem. If you need a one-off clearance, it's £38 flat.
Never. We operate on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel anytime with just 30 days' notice. We want you to stay because the service is excellent, not because a contract forces you to.
None. The price you see is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no admin fees, no VAT shocks. £29/month means £29/month.
We set up a simple Direct Debit via GoCardless. It’s secure, automatic, and protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. No chasing invoices or hunting for cash on collection day.
